What information do you actually need from me?
A sentence or two on the building and what you are planning is enough for us to come back with an outline approach. If you have drawings, photos, a listing entry reference or pre-application feedback, attach them and we can be more specific first time round.
How quickly will I hear back?
Most enquiries receive an outline approach and indicative price within one working day. If your project needs a site visit or more detailed scoping before we can quote, we will tell you that in the first reply.
Will the first reply give me a price?
For straightforward listed building consent applications and heritage statements, yes. For larger or more complex projects we may need a short call or site visit first, but we will always give you an indication of the likely range.
Do I need to know exactly what consent I need?
No. Telling us what you want to do to the building is enough. We will confirm which consents apply and what documentation each one requires.
What happens to the information I send?
